Eric’s classes were very thorough and his vast knowledge of the real estate industry made it a great learning experience! What may otherwise feel like stressful and difficult experience became very manageable and enjoyable. If you live in Tennessee and are looking for a place to complete your 60 and 30 hour courses, I recommend doing it here!

I've never been the "I love school" kinda person, but I wholeheartedly loved this class. Eric kept it fun, interesting, and informative. The amount of stuff this man knows is incredible. I was genuinely sad when it ended, but ready for my new career! I would recommend his class all day every day to anyone looking to get licensed in real estate!

Absolutely loved taking this class! It really helped me to understand the course so much better. After leaving college to try something different, I signed up for this class and I was very nervous it would be like any other real estate classes I had heard so much about. I walk into class the first day with a friendly welcome and right off the bat I felt comfortable to ask anything not only about the class but about real estate in general(I ask a lot of questions). Eric and Jennifer were so fun and put my mind at ease about going into real estate. To sum it up, I recommend anyone take this class. It is down to earth and very reassuring!

I attended TREA through D&D School of Real Estate. Eric is a great instructor. He has an incredible background, and successful career in real estate, so he is able to put his experience into his teaching. He makes class fun and his sense of humor is great. When does the next class start?

The next live class runs November 2–20, 2026, weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in our Johnson City classroom and live on Zoom (the same class). Can’t make these dates? Contact us for future class dates. The on-demand home study course can be started any time.

How do I enroll?

Enroll online: the live class is $499 and the on-demand home study course is $149 through October 31, 2026 (regularly $199). Compare both on our Schedule & Pricing page, or call us at (423) 430-9547 and we’ll help you choose.
