I've never been the "I love school" kinda person, but I wholeheartedly loved this class. Eric kept it fun, interesting, and informative. The amount of stuff this man knows is incredible. I was genuinely sad when it ended, but ready for my new career! I would recommend his class all day every day to anyone looking to get licensed in real estate!

This class is great! The instructor is wonderful and really cares that his students are learning and understanding the material. I had to email him quite a few times and he always got back with me promptly. I have not taken the exam yet, but am more confident everyday that I will succeed because of this class. Thanks Eric!

After leaving college to try something different, I signed up for this class and I was very nervous it would be like any other real estate classes I had heard so much about. I walk into class the first day with a friendly welcome and right off the bat I felt comfortable to ask anything not only about the class but about real estate in general(I ask a lot of questions). Eric and Jennifer were so fun and put my mind at ease about going into real estate. To sum it up, I recommend anyone take this class. It is down to earth and very reassuring!

I attended TREA through D&D School of Real Estate. Eric is a great instructor. He has an incredible background, and successful career in real estate, so he is able to put his experience into his teaching. He makes class fun and his sense of humor is great. He also brought in many others from the profession to talk to the class and answer any questions or concerns we had about our future. I definitely recommend. Thanks Eric!
Eric is an amazing instructor! He keeps you engaged and excited about your career. He highlights points that are on the exam to help you pass! I was able to pass my exam. I appreciate Eric and the in person classes he offers so I can get started on a new career! I'm excited for what's next! I highly recommend TREA!
