Description
New to real estate? Tennessee requires both the 60-hour and the 30-hour course to get your affiliate broker license, so the $499 package covers everything. Already licensed in another state? You typically need only the 30-hour Course for New Affiliates.
New agents also need the 30-hour Course for New Affiliates (November 16–20, 2026) before the license is issued, or you can take both in the $499 60 + 30 package (November 2–20, 2026).
The 60-hour Principles of Real Estate course is the first of the two courses Tennessee requires for an affiliate broker license. You complete it before you take the PSI state exam.
